摘要
目的 研究 2 4小时平均脉压与血浆内皮素、一氧化氮关系。 方法 对我院住院的原发性高血压病人 70例 ,均在未服药状态下进行动态血压监测。按 2 4小时平均脉压 <6 0mmHg ,6 0mmHg~ 6 9mmHg ,70mmHg~ 79 mmHg,80mmHg~ 89mmHg,90mmHg~ 99mmHg ,>10 0mmHg分成六个组 ,同时测定每个组的血浆内皮素、一氧化氮。 结果 随着 2 4小时平均脉压增加 ,血浆内皮素浓度增加 ,而血浆一氧化氮浓度降低。 结论 高血压患者 2 4小时平均脉压与血浆内皮素成正相关 。
Objective To investigate the relation between 24 hours average pulse pressure and the serum concentrations of nitric oxide NO and endothelin(ET) in essential hypertensive patients Methods The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) was performed in seventy patients with essential hypertensive and the 24 hours average pulse pressure(PP) were divided into six groups(≤60,60~69,70~79,80~89,90~99,>100mmHg) The serum contents of nitric oxide Endothelia were measured in all groups Results The level of ET increased as the 24 hours average pulse pressure went up But the levels of NO who on the contrary(P<0 01) Conclusion 24 hours average pulse pressure of essential hypertensive patients had positive correlation with the levels of ET And it had negative correlation with the levels of NO
