阿伐他汀的非调脂作用

摘要 阿伐他汀为第三代他汀类降脂药 ,除降脂作用外还有非降脂作用 ,主要为抑制NO合酶Ⅱ基因表达 ;完善内皮细胞功能 ;通过在转录水平刺激转移因子 β发挥对心血管疾病表达作用 ;降低血清C反应蛋白的水平 ;影响体内Ca2 + 平衡 ;逆转血管紧张素Ⅱ引起的血压升高和AT1 受体过度表达 ;调节血小板对血管的损害反应 ;减少缺血事件的发生 ;抑制胆汁酸的合成。因此他汀类药物开发和应用 ,开启了防治冠状病的新纪元。
