摘要
报道了人参茎叶及人参果浸膏中6种人参皂苷的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定条件:色谱柱为ZobaxSB-C18,检测波长为203nm,流动相为A:20%乙腈 B:80%乙腈,梯度洗脱100%A在50min内换到70%A,流速1.0mL/min,柱温25℃。结果表明:进样量在0.72~14.4μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 4,平均加样回收率为-Rg197.2%,-Re96.8%,Rb196.4%,Rc95.1%,Rd296.0%,Rb297.6%,该方法可用于人参皂苷的含量测定。
An RP-HPLC method for the determination of ginsenosides -Rg! , -Re, -R^ , -Re, -Rbj and -Rd in the leaves, stems and fruit extraction of Panax ginseng was reported. Test conditions were Zorbax SB -C18(150×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with 20% acetonitril as mobile phase, and detection wavelength as UV265 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min at 25℃. A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.72 - 14.4μg ( r - 0.999 4) . The average recovery of six kinds of ginsenosids were -Rg 197.2% , -Re 96.8%, -Rb 196.4%, -Re 95.1%, -Rd96.0% and-Rb 297.6% respectively. The established method was proved to be rapidly sensitive and have a good reproducibility.
