高等继续教育中民事诉讼法课程的教育创新

Educational Innovation on the Continuous Learning of Civil Procedure Law Course

继续教育是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,除了建构专业知识结构之外,更注重提高实际操作能力。目前继续教育本科层次的课程普遍是普通高校本科课程的压缩,没有突出继续教育的特殊要求。民事诉讼法课程的继续教育既有内容的创新,也有方法的创新。内容上,应更新适合继续教育使用的教材,坚持制度及规范、案例及实务、法律思维及职业素养的相辅相成;方法上,依山建宅——根据教育内容的不同采取不同的教育方法:理论制度部分,更新课堂教学方法,利用互联网信息平台加强基本制度的讲解和解疑,穿插真实案例以增加教学直观性与生动性;程序部分,共享普通高等学校法律院系拥有的实训资源,适时进行网络线上与线下相结合的实训演练和观摩。

The educational innovation on the course of civil procedural law refers to the innovation of both contents and methods. As for contents,the relationship among theoretical knowledge,case practice,legal thoughts and legal spirit is similar to that among Qigong( internal),Kung Fu( external) and martial Zen( soul); As for the method,various methods are adopted according to different contents. On the doctrine of civil procedural law,it is obliged to update the teaching method of theories,to strengthen the skill of explaining,and to intersperse cases in order to make the course more intuitive and vivid. On the part of procedures,it is appropriate to launch more practice training,investigation,trial observation and social services opportunely.
