关于改进我国乡村老年教育的思考

On the Improvement of Education for Senior Citizens in Chinese Rural Society

提高乡村老年教育成效是当下乡村经济文化及社会发展的重要突破口。而时下乡村老年教育却仍面临着教育途径"苍白"、形式单调、内容简单粗俗、缺失固定活动场所、缺乏组织领导、成效低下等困境与挑战。我们需要在充分关注乡村老年主体特性的基础上,加强政府等多元主体的参与和组织及引导,拓宽教育渠道,丰富教育资源,充实教育内容,多样化教育形式,并逐步加强现代媒介与乡村老年教育的融合,推动乡村老年教育的实施与改进,促使乡村老年人积极老龄化,进而达至健康老龄化、成功老龄化。

It is an important breakthrough for the current development of rural economy and society to improve the efficiency of education for senior citizens in chinese rural areas. However,there still exists many difficulties and challenges. Based on the full awareness of the main characteristics of the rural elderly,We should improve the participation of multi-organizers such as the government,broaden the educational channels and resources,enrich both the education content and forms,and gradually integrate the modern media and rural aged-education so as to promote the the implementation and improvement of the education for the rural elderly to reach the active healthy and successful aging.
