老年教育产业发展可行性分析及建议——以辽宁省沈阳市苏家屯区为例

The Feasibility Analysis and Suggestions on the Development of Mature Educational Industry——A case study of Sujiatun District,Shenyang,Liaoning

老年教育具有提高老年人的生命质量、增加社会稳定性、提高居民整体素质等诸多重要作用。但是现今老年教育的发展情况极端不平衡,存在城乡、地域差异较大,部分地区政府重视程度不够,资金匮乏,群众认识不足等诸多问题。以辽宁省沈阳市苏家屯区为例,该地区经济发展状况处于中等水平,政府对老年教育的发展重视不足,但该地区的老年人口较多,其老年教育需求强烈。文章深入了解该地区老年教育现阶段的发展情况,分析老年教育产业化的可行性,探索不同于上海、北京等发达城市的老年教育发展模式,为发展中城市或地区的老年教育发展开辟新途径。

It's needless to say that elder education has the effect of improving old people's life quality,increasing social stability,developing the overall quality of the residents and many other important roles. But the current development of the aged education is extremely unbalanced. There are huge gaps between urban and rural areas as well as different places. Besides,some local government pay little attention to the elder education. In addition,there are so many other problems such as the lack of funds,lack of awareness of the masses. Take Sujiatun district as an example,the regional economic development is at a moderate level,the government's attention towards the development of the elderly education is not enough,but the region's elderly population is not a minority,the demand for education in the elderly is still strong. This article studies the current development situation of elderly education in that area,and analyzes the feasibility of the industrialization of elderly education,in order to open up a new way for the development of the elderly education in the developing cities by exploring a different development model from that in Shanghai,Beijing or other developed cities.
