终身学习理念下社区教育专职教师教学能力及影响因素探究——以上海市松江区为例 被引量:1

A Study on the Teaching Ability and Influencing Factors of Full-time Teachers in Community Education under the Concept of Lifelong Learning——A Case Study of Songjiang District in Shanghai

摘要 以非正规、非正式的学习活动为主要形式的社区教育,内容包罗万象,边界范围极为广泛,难以归入现存教育体系中的某个特定教育类别。这种主题多样性的特征使得社区教育的教学区别于普通教育、正规教育而有着鲜明的特色,进而决定了社区教育专职教师教学能力的独特性。本文以上海市松江区为例,采用问卷调查的方法,对终身学习理念下社区教育专职教师教学能力及影响因素进行归纳分析,得出影响社区教育专职教师教学能力的因素,并提出了终身学习理念下提高社区教育专职教师教学能力的基本结论与建议。 Community education,which is the main form of informal and irregular learning activities,is all-encompassing and has a wide range of boundaries. It is difficult to classify an educational category in the existing education system. The characteristic of the theme diversity makes the teaching of community education distinguished from ordinary education and formal education,and determines the unique characteristic of the teaching ability of community education full-time teachers. By taking the Songjiang district of Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes the teaching ability and influencing factors of community education full-time teachers under the concept of lifelong learning,and puts forward the telated conclusions and suggestions to improve it.
