摘要
社区教育教学有效性是指在一定的教学时间内,达到学习内容、组织形式、学习方法等的有效性,实现预期的教学目标,促进社区学员在知识、技能、能力、态度及价值观上的发展,最大化地满足社区学员多样化的需求。我国的社区教育经过三十多年的发展,已卓有成效,但在社区教育教学活动中也出现了诸多问题,本文通过几个方面探讨了社区教育教学有效性的缺失问题,并提出解决社区教育教学有效性的策略。
Teaching effectiveness of community education means achieving the effectiveness of learning content,organization styles and learning methods,realizing expected teaching goals,promoting community learners in the development of knowledge,skills,abilities,attitudes and values,satisfying the diversified demands of community learners to the fullest. With more than 30 years of development,the community education in China has witnessed fruitful development. However,there also exist many problems among teaching activities of community education. This paper tries to discuss the lack of effectiveness in teaching of community education from three aspects and proposes strategies to improve teaching effectiveness of community education.
