成人高校混合式教学现状分析及对策研究

On the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Blended Teaching and Learning in Adult Education

混合式教学是在信息化快速发展的背景下,网络教学与传统课堂教学的相互结合与补充,其既能发挥课堂学习中教师的主导作用,又能体现网络学习中学生的主体作用。本研究以北京市朝阳区职工大学为例进行调查,通过调查问卷和访谈等方法发现存在的问题与不足,并针对现状和问题提出对策与解决方案,借此探讨我国成人高校的混合式教学现状及对策。

Blended Teaching and Learning is mutual combination and complementation of online education and traditional classroom teaching in the context of rapid development of information technology,which can both give play to the leading role of teachers in classroom learning and reflect the main role of students in network learning. This paper studies the current situation of blended teaching and learning in Chaoyang Community Colllege of Beijing by means of questionnaire and interview,and points out some problems and deficiencies,then the related countermeasures and solutions are proposed,whereby to discuss the present situation and countermeasures of blended teaching and learning in adult education.
