摘要
在国际视野下,老年教育目的观存在社会本位与个人本位之辩、应然的与实然的之辩、人文主义与功利主义之辩。本文对这些老年教育目的观进行较为系统的回顾和必要的反思,发现老年人与社会的关系是思考老年教育目的观的逻辑起点,应然的老年教育目的观与实然的老年教育目的观可平衡于老年人的需求,对教育内容的规范不是老年教育目的观的核心。正确看待老年人与社会的相互关系,重视老年人真实的、多样化的需求,保障老年人的学习权等,应该成为形成具体的老年教育目的时所依赖的一些原则。
Internationally,the debates on the aim of elder education lies in the debates between social-centered or individual-centered aims,theoreticalr practical aims,humanistic or utilitarian aims. A systematic review and reflection finds that the relationship between the old and society is the logical starting point to study the aim of elder education,and the theoretical and practical aims may stay in a dynamic balance on the needs of the old,while learning contents regulation is not the core of the aim. A Correct view of the relationship between the old and society,high attention to real and various needs of the old,and protection to the elders` learning right should be the principles for the aim of Elder education.
