摘要
时代的车轮前进至今,终身学习俨然已经成为推进时代发展和进步的响亮号角。作为担负终身教育使命的工作者队伍的专业化水平却与此背景不甚协调,这与终身教育工作者身份边缘化,缺乏准入机制和能力标准,缺少职业发展通道,缺失资格认证体系,少有系统推进机制等都不无关系,这些瓶颈性问题严重制约了我国终身教育事业的纵深发展,即使作为终身教育发展最为蓬勃的上海也不例外。本课题组以上海为例,站在国际国内的广阔视域下分析终身教育工作者专业化发展面临的问题,并希图通过借鉴国外经验及结合国情实践,提出些许建议,以供政府进行政策咨询参考。
The specialized level of lifelong education workers is not coordinated with the fast developing background of life-long learning,due to the identity marginalization of lifelong education workers,and lack of access mechanism,ability standard,career development channel,and qualification certification system,with few system promoting mechanism. All these bottleneck problems restrict the further development of lifelong education. Shanghai is not exceptional. Taking Shanghai as an example,this paper studies the current problems,and puts forward some suggestions and reference for the government policy consultation.
