摘要
本文采用文献检索、教师访谈、专家论证、问卷调查和数据分析等方法,将税务培训教师水平评估指标定义为专业理念及师德、专业知识、项目组织能力和课程开发能力四个构面。通过AMOS软件对指标结构模型路径进行刻画,分析模型的有效性,并进一步检测各指标下因子载荷的显著性,进而分析各公因子对教师水平评估的影响权重,得出了税务系统初、中、高三个级次的教师水平评估指标。本文旨在通过"税务培训教师水平评估指标"的窗口管窥成人教育培训师资的考量,对教师自我评审提供指导和借鉴。
The level of tax training teachers is divided into four parts: professional concept and ethics,professional knowledge,project organization ability and curriculum development ability. The tax system in the early,middle and high level three levels of teachers' evaluation is concluded by analyzing the effectiveness of the model via the AMOS software,examining the significance of each factor,and the effect of each factor to teacher evaluation as well. This paper aims to provide guidance and reference to teachers' self-evaluation by examing the training teachers of adult education via the study of ' Tax Training Teacher's Level Eevaluation Index'.
