按需施训 助推乡村教师“教得好”——湖南第一师范学院乡村教师培训需求调研报告

On-demand Training Promotes the Teachings of Rural Teachers——Investigation Report on Rural Teachers' Training Needs in Hunan First Normal University

如何提高乡村教师培训的有效性,让乡村教师"教得好",按需施训是关键。本文通过文献分析、座谈、问卷等方式,对中西部近20个县的乡村教师进行了调研,根据需求提出了专业化管理,现场研课磨课、校本研修、前移后拓等策略,以期促进乡村教师的专业成长。

How to improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training,so that rural teachers 'teach well',on-demand training is the key. Through the literature analysis,discussion,questionnaires,etc.,we conduct a survey on the rural teachers of nearly 20 counties in the Midwest. According to the demand,we suggest the professional management,such as on-site training course,school-based training,forward extension and other strategies,which promote the professional development of rural teachers.
