On the Pluralism Development Mode of Adult Art Education

人民生活水平的不断提高和艺术教育的全民化发展方向对成人艺术教育质量提出了更高要求,探索多元化成人艺术教育模式,不仅是全民素养提升和提高生活品质的主观诉求,也是师资力量培养和推动全民艺术普及的客观需要,在丰富人民生活和建设社会主义和谐社会的过程中发挥着重要作用。为提高成人艺术教育质量,我国通过把握教育对象特点,推动多元化因材施教,了解成人教育需求,创新多元化教育方法,丰富成果展示形式,搭建多元化艺术舞台等方法,形成了成人艺术教育多元化发展的新常态。

Higher requirements has been put forward on the quality of adult art education with the improvement of people's life and art education. Exploration of pluralism development mode of adult art education is not only the requirement of national literacy and life quality,but also the need of teacher educating and national art popularization promoting. In order to improve the quality of adult art education in China,by grasping the educational object characteristics,promoting the diversification teaching to different students,understanding the needs of adult education,enriching teaching methods,ways of achievements display and art stages,a new mode of adult art education has been built in China.
