摘要
在终身教育、终身学习的背景下,成人学习形式日益丰富,学习者与教学者角色更加多样。在已有的研究基础上,经实地观察、访谈发现:在学习活动中成人学习者承担学习需求的提出者、学习内容的商定者、学习进程的控制者和学习成果的受益者等角色;教学者承担学习资源的提供者、学习气氛的营造者、学习活动的促进者及学习成果的评价者等角色;且二者共同参与学习活动并形成以学习者为中心的师生关系、以平等尊重为基础的同伴关系和以教学者专业技能为联结的合作关系等不同形式的交往关系。
Under the background of lifelong education and lifelong learning,the form of adult learning is becoming more abundant and the role of adult learners and mentors is becoming more varied. The analysis of adult learners ' and mentors ' role and their relationship was based on previous studies and observation and interview. And it was found that adult learners put forward the need of learning,discussed the content of learning,controlled the process of learning and got the profit of learning; and mentors provided the source of learning,constructed the atmosphere of learning,promoted the case of learning and evaluated the outcome of learning. Adult learners and mentors both participated in learning activities and had three different types of relationships: the teacher-student relationship centered on adult learners,the peer relationship based on equal and respect and the partnership linked with mentors' professional skills.
