2005-2016年我国“全民终身学习活动周”的发展方向、基本特点及对策建议

The Development Direction,Basic Characteristics and Countermeasures of "National Lifelong Learning Activity Week" in China during 2005-2016

终身教育、终身学习及学习型社会是当今世界重要的教育思潮,在此思潮影响下,全民终身学习活动在世界范围内得以开展,我国也于2005-2016年连续12年举办"全民终身学习活动周"。本文从我国"全民终身学习活动周"的举办时间、开幕式地点、活动主题及效果等分析其发展的基本方向与突出特点,并在此基础上,探究如何进一步推动我国"全民终身学习活动周"的有效开展,从而对未来"全民终身学习活动周"的顺利开展提供理论基础与实践经验。

Lifelong education,lifelong learning and learning society are important educational thoughts in today's world. Under the influence of this trend,the lifelong learning activities of the whole people are carried out in the world,and the ' National Lifelong Learning Activity Week' has been held in China in 2005-2016 for 12 consecutive years. This paper analyzes the basic direction and characteristics of the development of the ' National Lifelong Learning Activity Week' from the time,place of the opening ceremony,the theme and the effect of the activities. And then explores the ways to promote the effective development of China's ' National Lifelong Learning Activity Week',and trying to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the smooth development of the 'National Lifelong Learning Activity Week'.
