摘要
老年教育的转型和升级发展,要求在老年教育中引入"层次化"理念并实施课程层次化。课程层次化在教育领域具有普遍性。老年教育课程层次化的内涵和表现与学习需求、教育目的、课程内容、教学形式关系密切。微观层面与宏观层面的老年教育课程层次化,前者是指某一门具体课程的层次化,后者是指课程与课程之间、老年大学与老年学校之间的课程层次化。老年教育课程层次化策略包括:课程内容适应学员需求、课程分层适应学员基础、课程规范适应学员特点。
The transformation and upgrading of education for senior citizens requires a hierarchical curriculum. Curriculum hierarchy is typical in the field of education. The connotations and forms of the curriculum hierarchy of the education for senior citizens are closely related to the factors of learning needs,educational purposes,curriculum content and teaching methods. The micro level of the curriculum hierarchy refers to the layering within a specific curriculum,while the macro level refers to the layering among the curricula,and the laying between the colleges and the schools for the seniors. The strategies of curriculum hierarchy of education for the seniors include: 1) the content of the curriculum meets the needs of students. 2) the curriculum is layered and adapted to students' learning starting points. 3) curriculum standards fit the characteristics of students.
