社区教育专职教师队伍建设的问题及对策研究——基于上海的调查分析

社区教育专职教师是社区教育工作队伍的骨干支撑。建设一支结构合理、相对稳定的具有专业素养的社区教育专职教师队伍是发展社区教育、构建终身教育体系的关键所在。本文在对上海市社区教育专职教师现状进行调研的基础上,分析目前社区教育专职教师在薪酬水平、专业发展、职称评定等方面存在的主要问题并提出专职教师队伍建设的相关对策。

Full-time teachers are the backbone in community education,and the construction of a reasonable and relatively stable structure of the professional quality of the full-time teachers is the key to developing community education and constructing the system of lifelong education. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the professional teachers in the community,this paper analyses the main problems existed in salary level,professional development,professional title evaluation,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures for the construction of full-time teachers team.
