On the Lifelong Learning Idea from Xi Jinping

习近平总书记丰富而深刻的终身学习思想表现在这样几个方面:深刻阐述了学习和终身学习的重要性,倡导大兴学习之风;分别针对青年、党员、教师和职工劳动者四大群体提出了要树立终身学习理念,提出了具体要求;从多方面部署落实终身学习,包括完善终身教育体系、建设学习型社会、提供终身教育优质服务等方面,重点是构建终身学习"立交桥",通过学习型党组织建设推动以学习型组织、学习型社区和学习型城市为重点的学习型社会建设。

The lifelong study idea of General Secretary Xi Jinping shows in such several aspects: it profoundly states the significance of lifelong study and advocates the ethos of study; it requires four groups of people( young people,party members,teachers and employees) to have the lifelong education idea in their minds; it states that lifelong education needs to be planned and implemented in many aspects,including perfecting the lifelong education system,building study-oriented society,providing excellent service of lifelong education and etc. The key point is to build the overpass of lifelong education and to build the study-oriented society based on study-oriented party organizations. The focus of building this kind of society should be on advocating study-oriented organizations,communities and cities.
