文化自信是我国继道路自信、理论自信、制度自信之后提出的"第四个自信",它强调对本民族文化的强烈认同与肯定,是更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信。文化自信所包涵的民族性、导向性、包容性和实践性等特征对于社区文化建设具有重要的价值,如有利于提高对社区文化的认同感、增强社区凝聚力、拓宽文化视野和激发文化创造力。基于文化自信的视野,社区文化建设应从提高文化建设的重视程度、赓续优秀的传统文化、推陈出新、兼收并蓄以及扩大居民文化参与积极性等角度提高社区居民的文化自信。

Cultural self-confidence is the 4 th self-confidence after the road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,and institutional self-confidence,which emphasizes the strong recognition and affirmation of the national culture. It is a more fundamental,wider and deeper confidence. The nationalism,orientation,inclusiveness and practicality of the cultural self-confidence is of great value to the construction of community culture. It will help to improve the sense of community culture,strengthen community cohesion,broaden cultural horizons and stimulate cultural creativity.
