摘要
本文针对甘肃、黑龙江、吉林、湖南、江西、深圳6省市老年教育现状进行分析,梳理出诸多共性的瓶颈问题:难以理顺老年教育的体制和机制关系;进而影响老年教育的投入经费,也导致各地政府官员重视老年教育的程度不一;至今老年教育的受众面都不广泛,仅仅集中于条件较好的老龄群体,而更需要关注的老年弱势群体少有享受老年教育的机会;此外老年教育的师资水平良莠不齐,理论研究异常薄弱等,笔者遂基于此提出政策建议,如理顺老年教育治理关系,激发老年学习主体需求;整合多种资源,扩大老年教育的正效益;聚焦老年教育理论研究,促成《老年学》形成体系。
With a present situation analysis of the aged education in Gansu、Heilongjiang、Jilin、Hunan、Jiangxi、Shenzhen 6 provinces and cities,this paper teases out the bottleneck of common problems: the difficulties in straightening out the old education system and mechanism; the poor investment funds,the different attitudes of government officials; the narrow receivers of aged education limited within the better conditoned group; the unequal teaching staff; the weak theory research and so on The author hence puts forward some suggestions.
