On the Network Courseware Design of Self-taught Exam based on Resource Theory

现代网络在线教育是随着现代信息科技蓬勃发展而衍生出的一类新兴的教育形式与学习模式,是远程开放教育的主要依托与实施方案。现代网络在线教育打破了以往面授式教学中资源单一匮乏的局面,对资源整合与优化的能力极为突出。自学考试完善自身网络助学平台系统,必须对教学资源的建设给予高度重视。本文详细分析了网络课件的特点和优势,并以天津自学考试助学网站的课程为例介绍了网络课件的框架构建与系统设计。

Modern distance education appeared with the modern information technology is an new type and important measure to build the lifelong learning system in the knowledge economy era.It is the main means to modern distant open education including network-assisted self-taught education,Radio and TV University,Institutes of Online Higher Education etc.. Modern distance education is to highlight the advantages of the high quality education resources sharing. Hence,the development and modification of network courseware should be concerned during the construction of network assisted system of self-taught examination. This paper studies the characteristics,the advantages and the design of framework and function of the network courseware as well.
