摘要
成人教育是传统教育过渡到终身教育的重要阶段,课程内容建设是成人教育发展的关键。冰山模型理论涵盖了知识、技能、社会角色、自我认知、特质、动机这六项关于个人胜任力的素质要求,为成人教育课程内容的建构提供了全新的视角。成人教育课程内容的建构要以成人为本,注重其外显能力和内隐素养的共同培育,并以时代的发展变化为基点,进行相应的课程内容研究。唯有如此,成人教育才能走在各类教育课程改革的前沿,培养高素养的优质人才,推动社会前进。
Adult education is an important transition from traditional education to lifelong education,and the construction of curriculum content is the key to the reform of adult education. Relating to knowledge,skill,social role,self cognition,trait and motivation,the six elements ofpersonal competencethe iceberg model theory provides a new perspective for the construction of adult education curriculum content. The construction of adult education curriculum content should be based on the adult,pay attention to the cultivation of explicit ability and implicit literacy,and take the development of the times as the basis,carry out the corresponding curriculum content research. Only in this way,can adult education walk in the forefront of various educational curriculum reform,cultivate high-quality talents with high quality,and promote social progress.
