高校非学历继续教育的发展内涵与策略分析

随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,社会各界对各级各类人才特别是应用型人才的需求越来越大,给高校继续教育的非学历教育提供了难得的机遇和挑战。传统的高校学历继续教育已经不能适应新形势的发展要求,在稳步发展学历继续教育的同时,迫切需要开展一系列的非学历继续教育。本文将对高校开展的非学历继续教育存在的问题进行分析,并探讨了相应的解决策略。

With the rapid development of economic society in China,the demands for talents,especially for applied talents of all types and at all levels become greater,which provides a rare opportunity and challenge to non-qualification continuing education in colleges and universities. The traditional college degree continuing education no longer meets the development requirements of the new situation. While steadily developing the degree to continue education,it is urgent to carry out a series of non-qualification continuing education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in non-qualification continuing education of colleges and universities and explores the corresponding solutions.
