摘要
"教治融合"即社区教育与社区治理融合,是"政教合一"、终身教育与学习型社会建设等思想理论现代化与农村化的重要路径。调查发现,基于农村社区实际的"教治融合"主要包括组织机构上的融合,农村建设项目上的融合与因临时需要的自由融合三种形式,每种形式都有其自身优势与不足。为提升"教治融合"的效率,研究认为农村社区"教治融合"的有效实施需要深入思考"教"与"治"的主与辅、名与实、融与分以及保障条件等四个方面的问题。
"Integration of education and governance" is the integration of education and governance of the community. It is an important path of ideological and theoretical modernization and ruralization,such as " unity of politics and education",lifelong education and learning society construction. The study finds that the integration of education and governance based on the reality of rural communities mainly includes organizational integration,the integration of rural construction projects and the free integration of temporary needs. Each form has its own characteristics. The author suggests that the effective implementation of the integration of education and governance in rural communities requires in-depth consideration of the four aspects of " teaching" and " governance",including the main and auxiliary aspects,the name and reality,the integration and division,and the conditions of the obstacle.
