On the Operating Mechanism of Professional Learning Community of Teachers

摘要 教师专业学习共同体的运行机制主要指在实际的运行过程中,影响运行的各要素的结构、功能及其相互联系,是教师专业学习共同体运行过程中"具有规律性的动态调整模式",具体可以从动力机制、整合机制、激励机制、控制机制、保障机制等方面进行分析。目前,教师专业学习共同体在实际运行过程中依然存在着活动开展不顺畅、活动效率低等问题。在实践过程中应从"激发成长需要,优化动力"、"做好实践融入,优化衔接"、"做好环境保障,优化培育"等方面进行努力,不断优化教师专业学习共同体的运行机制。 The operating mechanism of teacher professional learning community mainly refers to the structure,function,and interrelationships of various factors that affect the operation during the actual operation process. It is also a "dynamic adjustment model with regularity"in the course of the teacher professional learning community. Specifically,it can be analyzed from the aspects of dynamic mechanism,integration mechanism,incentive mechanism,control mechanism,and safeguard mechanism. At present,there arestilllow efficient or improper activities. In the actual operation of the teacher professional learning community,we should make efforts from the following aspects:"stimulating growth needs,optimizing motive power,""combining theory with practice,optimizing the convergence"and " Environmental protection,optimization,cultivation",trying to optimize the operating mechanism of teacher professional learning community constantly.
