摘要
老年教育是我国教育事业和老龄事业的重要组成部分,是提升老年人的福祉,满足老年人学习需求、促进社会和谐的必然要求。社区教育是发展老年人教育的重要载体,我国社区教育起步晚,由于缺乏对老年学习者特征的了解与分析,导致教学实践中存在一些问题,影响教育目的的实现。因此,通过对老年学习者学习特征的分析和当前社区老年教育教学中存在问题的总结,提出有针对性的策略,最终才能推动社区老年教育办学质量不断提升,使社区老年教育真正成为广大老年学习者满意的教育。
Education for the elderly is an important component of aging program in our country,as well as a necessity for improving the elders’ welfare,meeting their learning need and promoting the society’s harmony. Community education is a crucial carrier for the development of education for the elderly. China’s community education starts later,due to the lack of understanding and analysis of the characteristics of the elderly learners,there are some problems in teaching practice. Therefore,through analyzing the elders ’ learning characteristics and the existing problems in community elder education. this thesis puts forward targeted strategies to continually promote the quality of the education for the elderly in the community to really satisfy the majority of elderly learners.
