干部教育培训教学质量评估存在的问题与对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 干部教育培训教学质量评估是影响干部成长与进步的重要组成部分,是确保干部教育培训质量的重要抓手,是促进干部培训教师教学质量提升的重要途径。当前干部教育培训教学质量评估存在主体单一,评估指标体系科学性较低,评估方法单一,评估结果功能未发挥最大效用等问题。出现上述问题的主要原因是干部教育培训机构教育质量评估部门和人员在主观认识上存在误区,同时受客观能力水平的制约。干部教育培训单位、机构需要从树立现代教育评估理念,大力使用现代信息技术,组建干部教育培训教学质量机构等三方面进行努力,进而提升干部教育培训教学质量评估水平。 Evaluation of teaching quality on cadre education and training has a great influence on cadres’ professional development. It is also a key factor to ensure the quality of cadre education and training. Evaluation of teaching quality on cadre education and training is now facing major problems,including: the subject is unitary,the evaluation index system is unscientific,the methods are simple,the results are shortly functioned. The main reason is that departments and personnel working on cadre education and training evaluation subjectively misunderstood the issue. To solve the problem,institutions of cadre education and training should embrace modern educational assessment concept,fully employ modern information technology and establish relative departments,thus to improve teaching quality evaluation.
