四川省社区教育最新动态研究及对策建议

On the New Development and Countermeasures of Community Education in Sichuan Province

四川省作为我国较早进行学习型社会与终身教育体系构建探索的西部省份,在近十年的社区教育工作开展历程中积累了较为丰富的理论与实践经验,具有一定的典型性和代表性。2018年,四川电大在四川省教育厅的指导下陆续到省内广元、南充、达州、泸州、绵阳、内江、自贡、巴中、资阳等地开展了系统而深入的社区教育调研工作,累积了翔实的文字数据等一手材料。本文在对一手材料进行整理和分析的基础上,较为客观全面地呈现了四川省社区教育的发展现状,同时针对其存在问题提出了建设性的对策,以期为推动四川省继续教育、终身教育的持续稳定发展和四川电大的转型发展提供有益参考。

Sichuan province,as one of the earliest provinces in western China to explore the construction of learning society and lifelong education system,has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in the development process of community education in the past decade,which is typical and representative to a certain extent. In 2018,under the guidance of the provincial education department,Sichuan Radio and Television University carried out systematic and in-depth community education research work in provincial cities such as Guangyuan, Nanchong, Dazhou,Luzhou,Mianyang,Neijiang,Zigong,Bazhong and Ziyang successively,and accumulated abundant first-hand materials such as text and data. Based on the collection and analysis of these materials,this paper presents the development status of education in Sichuan community objectively and comprehensively,and puts forward constructive countermeasures against its existing problems,in the hope of providing beneficial references for the sustainable development of continuing education,lifelong education in Sichuan and the transformation development of Sichuan Radio and Television University.
