摘要
加强高校管理人员继续教育,对促进高校管理水平的提高具有重要作用。本研究采用自编问卷对福州市五所不同层次、不同类别的高校的管理人员继续教育现状进行调查。根据调查的结果与分析,提出了树立高校管理人员继续教育正确理念、优化高校管理人员继续教育设计、完善高校管理人员继续教育保障机制、建立高校管理人员继续教育评价机制等建议。
It is very important to strengthen the continuing education of college administrators and university management. In this study,self-compiled questionnaires are given to investigate the status of continuing education in five colleges and universities of different levels and types in Fuzhou. According to the survey,suggestions are put forward to establish the correct concept of continuing education for university management personnel,optimize the continuing education design,improve their guarantee mechanism,and establish an evaluation mechanism for continuing education of university management personnel.
