摘要
社区教育移动学习模式赋予了学员更大的学习空间与自由度,也有利于推动资源共享与建设学习型社会。目前该模式的开发面临的障碍包括相关社区教育机构各自为政、"社区学习共同体"数量极少、缺乏激励机制和特色化资源等等。为实现社区教育移动学习模式的开发创新,相关教育机构需要协同攻坚,建设移动学习圈,创设学分银行,结合地方经济、文化特色与教师特长开发微型化、特色化资源以满足学员的差异化需求。
The mobile learning model of community education endows students with more learning space and freedom,and is also conducive to promoting resource sharing and building a learning society. The obstacles to its development lies in the respective governance of education institutions of relevant communities,the small number of learning communities,and the lack of incentive mechanism and characteristic resources. In order to innovate the community mobile learning model,relevant education institutions need to work together to tackle key problems,to build the mobile learning circle,to create credit Banks,and develop miniaturized and characteristic resources to meet the differentiated needs of students in combination with local economic and cultural characteristics and teachers’ specialty.
