现代青年农场主培育模式的实践与思考——以“广西现代青年农场主学院”为例

On the Practice and Reflection on the Cultivating Models of Modern Young Farmers:a case study of Guangxi Modern Youth Farmers College

乡村振兴关键在于人才振兴,大力培育现代青年农场主是助力农业人才振兴的重要途径。广西成立了国内首家现代青年农场主学院,发挥了高等院校的社会服务功能。本文结合广西现实发展背景,阐述大力培育现代青年农场主的现实逻辑,比较分析了近年来我国各地现代青年农场主培育的若干典型模式,总结了广西培育现代青年农场主的做法和经验,以期为各地区开展现代青年农场主培育提供经验借鉴和参考,共同助力乡村振兴战略目标的早日实现。

The key to rural revitalization lies in the cultivation of talents,and vigorously cultivating modern young farmers serves as an important approach in boosting the revitalization of agricultural talents. Guangxi has established the first college of modern youth farmers in China,which has developed the social service function of higher education institutions. Based on the realistic development background of Guangxi,this paper expounds the realistic logic of fostering modern young farmers with great efforts,conducts a comparative analysis on several typical models of cultivating modern young farmers across our country in recent years,and summarizes the practices of cultivating modern young farmers in Guangxi,in the hope of providing experience as reference for the cultivation of modern young farmers in various regions as well as jointly promoting the early realization of the strategic goals of rural revitalization.
