摘要
培育紧缺的跨境电商复合型实战人才,是中小外贸企业积累人力资本,实现外贸转型升级,推进"一带一路"建设的重要战略举措。从培训结构化模型视域下分析,跨境电商培训要做好"需求挖掘、方案策划、资源整合、项目设置、培训教学、评价反馈"等重要环节。坚持以学习者为中心,以绩效为目标,通过制定精确化方案、整合精品化资源、开发精准化项目、开展精实化培训、实施精进化评价,形成"五精进阶"跨境电商复合型人才培训模式,培育外贸企业紧缺的跨境电商中高端实战型人才,助力外贸经济可持续发展。
Cultivating the scarce of cross-border e-commerce composite combat talents is an important strategic measure for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to accumulate human capital,realize foreign trade transformation and upgrading,and promote the construction of the'Belt and Road'.From the perspective of training structured model,cross-border e-commerce training should do a good job in'demand mining,program planning,resource integration,project setting,training and teaching,evaluation feedback'and other important links.With the learner centered and performance oriented,we should format a pattern of training the cross-broad E-commerce compound talent with five steps above.It will help to cultivate high-end,practical talents in cross-border e-commerce that are in short supply in foreign trade enterprises,and help foreign trade economy develop sustainably.
