供给侧结构性改革视角下老年教育多元化发展研究

推进老年教育事业健康发展是应对我国人口老龄化的重要举措,老年教育的供给侧结构性改革是解决老年教育资源不足问题的关键。政府必须在老年教育供给侧结构性改革中做好顶层设计,成为老年教育发展的坚强后盾;充分调动物业公司的积极性,扩大老年教育的覆盖面;积极引导高校兴办老年教育,提高老年教育水平;大力推动养老机构开展老年教育,提升老人生活质量。通过对老年教育多元化发展不断探索,为我国老年教育的快速健康发展提供新动力。
