关于建立老年教育学的思考建议 被引量:3

摘要 老年教育学是一门以老年人为对象,揭示老年教育现象和规律的学科,老年教育学的建立有利于推动老年教育实践的发展。在当代新的历史时期,建立老年教育学具有一定的必要性和可行性。其中,必要性在于人口老龄化、终身教育、教育学母体发育成熟等合力的驱使;可行性在于相关学科研究成果、老年教育学的本体研究成果、以及外在文化生态等为老年教育学的建立提供了环境条件保障。建立老年教育学需要加强内在建制和外在建制。其中,内在建制包括:廓清'边界',彰显学科特色;细化研究类型,拓宽研究视角;重视本体研究和交叉研究,加强学科群建设;遵循实践性和开放性,重建研究范式。外在建制包括:调动学科社会组织力量,发挥其功能作用;加强研究机构建设,夯实学科基地;繁荣学科生态文化,加强学术文化平台建设;着力人才培养,壮大研究队伍;打造研究学派,强化学术共同体的创建。 Aged pedagogy is a discipline that aims at the elderly and reveals the phenomena and laws of the education.The establishment of Aged pedagogy is conducive to promoting the practice development of aged education.In the contemporary new historical period,it is necessary and feasible to advocate the establishment of aged pedagogy and the necessity lies in the driving force of population aging,lifelong education and the maturity of pedagogy;while the feasibility lies in the research results of related disciplines,the ontological research results of aged pedagogy,and the external cultural ecology,which provide the conditions and environmental guarantee for the establishment of aged pedagogy.Establishing aged pedagogy needs strengthening internal and external organizational systems.Among them,the internal organizational system includes:clearing up the boundary and highlighting the characteristics of the discipline;refining research types and broadening research perspectives;emphasizing ontological and interdisciplinary research,strengthening the construction of discipline groups;following the practicality and openness,rebuilding research paradigm.The external organizational system includes:mobilizing the strength of social organizations of disciplines and giving full play to their functions;strengthening the construction of research institutions and the disciplines base;flourishing the ecological culture of disciplines;strengthening the academic and cultural platforms construction;focusing on personnel training and the research team;creating research schools and strengthening the establishment of academic community.
