提高老年人数字融入水平对于推动积极老龄化工作意义重大。老年人数字融入是老年人自身生存、发展与社会参与的需要,是促进代际和谐和重塑尊老爱老传统文化的重要路径,是激发第二次人口红利及拓展老年消费市场的动力源泉,也契合了提升政府公共服务能力和推动老龄化治理创新的要求。为顺利推进积极老龄化,要从加强老年人数字素养教育、保障老年人网络信息安全、开发'适老化'新媒体产品和推进全方位'数字反哺'等四个维度出发积极推动老年数字融入。

For promoting active ageing,the digital inclusion of the aged is of great significance.The digital inclusion of the aged is the need for the survival,development and social participation of the aged,the important path to promoting inter-generational harmony and reshaping the traditional culture of respecting and cherishing for the elder,the source to stimulate the second demographic dividend and expand the elderly consumer market,and in accordance with the government’s public service capacity and the innovation of aging governance.In order to promote active ageing,four-dimension should be explored,namely reinforcing the digital literacy education for the senior citizen,guaranteeing their network information security,developing the aged-friendly new media products and promoting digital feedback.
