继续教育权本质的维性研究

A Dimensional Analysis on the Essence of the Right to Continuing Education

摘要 对继续教育权本质的认知决定着政府对继续教育权保障重点的选择。目前我国学者对继续教育权本质存在着政治说、经济说、文化说、心理发展说和受教育说等学科视野的不同认知和解读。在新时代中国特色社会主义建设的历史进程中,单一维度说理论具有非科学性,综合维度说应是我国继续教育权理论发展的最佳选择。政治条件、经济条件、文化条件、心理条件和教育条件的发展、成熟、改革与创新有助于成人群体继续教育权的保障。 The cognition of the essence of the right to continuing education determines the government’s safeguard priorities of the right to continuing education.At present,there are different cognitions and interpretations such as political theory,economic theory,social theory,cultural theory,psychological development theory and educated theory among Chinese scholars.In the historical process of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,any one-dimensional theory is unscientific in theory and harmful in practice.Comprehensive theory should be the best choice for Chinese theory of the right to continuing education.The development,maturity,reform and innovation of political,economic,cultural,psychological and educational conditions will help the protection of the right to continuing education of the adult group.
