摘要
要提升我国高校管理人员的专业化水平,就需要完善高校管理人员的在职培训制度。通过对全国1182名高校管理人员的调查研究后发现:高校管理人员普遍认为以校本培训为主体的继续教育模式对于提升自身管理能力的帮助最大;高校开始重视对于管理人员的在职培训,但是不同类型高校的管理人员和不同职务的高校管理人员参加在职培训的机会差异很大,高校对管理人员所开展的在职培训活动相对不足。在调查研究的基础上,建议从关注高校管理人员尤其是基层管理人员的培训需求、高校为管理人员的在职培训提供制度保障、创新在职培训形式和拓展培训成果等四个方面改进高校管理人员的在职培训制度,从而不断提升高校管理人员的专业化水平。
It is highly necessary to improve the on-the-job training system of university administrators for their professional improvement.A survey of 1182 university administrators nationwide has found out that they generally believe the school-based continuing education model is the most helpful in improving their management ability;and that universities have realized the importance of on-the-job training of administrators,but administrators from different types of universities and different positions have different opportunities to receive on-the-job training,and such on-the-job training activity remains relatively insufficient.Based on the survey,the author suggests that universities better their on-the-job training system and constantly improve the professional level of university administrators by following their training demands,especially the demands of administrators at basic level,providing on-the-job training system guarantee,innovating the training form,and expanding training results.
