摘要
针对水平-竖直混合管道气力输送系统,研究安装倾斜软翅产生的自激励流对颗粒输送过程中的节能降耗效果.通过对系统沿程压力损失、最佳经济速度、能量损耗系数和附加压力损失系数的研究,定量地分析自激励流的节能作用.研究发现:随着输送速度的降低,自激励流减小了系统颗粒群输送过程中的沿程压力损失和最佳经济速度;低速输送时,自激励流降低了颗粒输送过程中系统的能量损耗系数,在质量流量0.2和0.4 kg/s时,能量损耗系数的减小分别为9.6%和8.1%;同时,随着输送速度的降低,系统的附加压力损失系数也因自激励流的存在而减小,这表明倾斜软翅振动产生的自激励流对气力输送系统具有节能降耗的效果.
Based on the horizontal-vertical mixing pipe pneumatic conveying system,the effect of energy saving of self-excited air flow generated by oblique soft fins is studied.In addition,to quantitatively explain the energy saving effect of self-excited flow,the pressure drop,the optimum conveying air-velocity,the coefficient of power consumption and additional pressure drop are investigated by experiment respectively in this paper.The results shows that,when the particles are transported in the conveying system,the optimum conveying air-velocity and pressure drop in pipe can be decreased by self-excited flow with the decrease of conveying air-velocity.In the lower air-velocity,the coefficient of power consumption is reduced by self-excited flow.The reductions are 9.6%and 8.1%at mass flow rates of 0.2 and 0.4 kg/s,respectively.Meanwhile,the coefficient of additional pressure drop is also reduced by self-excited flow at lower air-velocity with the decrease of conveying air-velocity.Consequently,the self-excited air flow generated by slanting soft fins can save the energy and reduce the consumption.
