Establishment of Positive Threshold Value of Microtitre HI Test for Eggs Drop Syndrome (EDS-76)

用微量血凝抑制试验测定了8个阳性鸡群和14个阴性鸡群 ,在阳性群167份血清中161份滴度≥1:16,在阴性群648份血清中640份≤1:4。对阴性群数据进行统计学处理 ,并根据正态分布规律 ,将阳性标准定为≥1:16。

Microtitre HI test was used to detect the antibody titres in serum samples from 8 clinically positive flocks of chicken and 14 negative ones.161 out of 167 samples from positive flocks have titres more than or equal to 1:16.However,640 out of 648 samples from negative flocks have titres less than or equal to 1:4.After analysis of data from negative flocks,we concluded that a threshold for positive samples was≥1:16.
