摘要
跨文化注重不同文化体系社会成员之间的交流互动,而成人是跨文化交流的主体,跨文化成人教育是培养成人文化适应能力的手段,能够促进边疆民族地区社会的稳定与发展。将跨文化理念融入成人教育的课程、活动、生活中,有利于边疆民族地区成人对多元文化的理解,减少文化冲突,维护地区和谐与社会稳定。
Intercultural attention is paid to the communication and interaction between social members in different cultural systems, and adults are the main body in intercultural communication. Intercultural adult education is a means to cultivate adult’s cultural adaptability and promote the social stability and development of border ethnic areas. Integrating cross-cultural concepts into adult education courses, activities and life is conducive to adults’ understanding of multi-culture in border ethnic areas, reducing cultural conflicts, and maintaining regional harmony and social stability.
