Investigation and Research on the Intention of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Enterprises

自2005年国务院出台《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》以来,我国校企合作取得了积极进展。但总体上来看,"校热企冷"问题并没有得到很好的解决,严重影响甚至制约我国技术技能人才培养质量的提升。为推动校企深度合作,对企业的校企合作意向进行调查并得出相关结论,提出进一步完善校企合作相关政策保障机制和激励补偿机制、深化校企合作层次以及鼓励支持中小型民企深入参与校企合作等建议。

Since the State Council issued the Decision on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education in 2005, school-enterprise cooperation in China has brought about fruitful results. In general, however, the situation of school-enterprise cooperation in our country has not been satisfactory. What’s more, the problem of 'ardent enthusiasm of schools VS offish attitude of enterprises' has not been well solved for a long time, which seriously affects and even restricts the improvement of the training quality of technical and skilled talents in China. In order to provide that relevant policy and to promote further school-enterprise cooperation, the research group will investigate and draw the relevant conclusion on the cooperation intention of the school-enterprise of the enterprise, and put forward the relevant policy safeguard mechanism and the incentive compensation mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation and relevant suggestions to deepen the level and effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation and encourage the support of small and medium-sized private enterprises to participate in the cooperation of the school and enterprise.
