摘要
为了提高储能系统运行的稳定性、高效控制以及设备间的互操作性,遵照IEC 61850标准,在分析储能监控系统功能及信息量基础上,建立了储能监控系统逻辑设备、逻辑节点、数据信息模型。通过在国家风光储输示范工程一期中的应用表明,该研究可提高储能监控系统不同厂商设备的互操作性及储能系统的安全管理水平。
In order to improve the stability and efficient control of energy storage system,as well as the interoperability of different equipments,this paper establishes the information model for the logical device,logical node and data of the storage supervisory system in accordance with IEC61850 standard and on the basis of analyzing the function and information of energy storage supervisory system. The application in state wind-solar-storage demonstration project shows that the research model can improve mutual operation in different manufactures and also enhance the safety management of the energy storage supervisory system.
