Design and Implementation of HV Overhead Transmission Line Expert System Based on Unified Functional Architecture of Digital Power Grid

输电线路是电网的重要组成部分,为解决目前高压架空输电线路运行单位信息化建设中数据分析平台、数据诊断和评价的不足、输电线路设备信息模型功能单一的问题,基于数字电网统一功能框架,设计了一种具备人工智能的输电线路专家系统,阐述了该系统设计的方案与框架,给出了状态评估、风险评估、经济性评估的模型和多维度评估的实现方法。

Transmission line is an important component of the power grid. In order to solve the deficiency of data diagnosis and evaluation and the insufficiency of function of the high voltage overhead transmission line equipment information model in the construction of information platform,an expert system with artificial intelligence for transmission line is designed based on the unified function framework of digtial grid. The designing scheme and framework are decribed; the model of state evaluation,risk evaluation,and economy evaluation,and the multi-dimensional evaluation are introduced.
