摘要
电声脉冲法(PEA)是一种目前较为流行的空间电荷分布测量技术,使用该法的一个前提条件是必须产生一个高压脉冲。阐述了电声脉冲法(PEA)测量电介质中空间电荷的原理,并分析了高压脉冲波形对测量信号的影响。在分析传统高压脉冲发生器的基础上,介绍了一台新型带相位检测的高压脉冲发生器,从而使PEA空间电荷测量系统能够适合交流电压下的电缆绝缘测试,该发生器能够形成50 ns、100 ns和200 ns的5 kV陡脉冲电压信号。
The pulsed electro-acoustic( PEA) method is a popular technology of measuring the space charge distribution. The premise of using this method is to create a high voltage pulse. This paper expounds the principle of PEA measurement of space charge in the dielectric,and analyzes the influence of high voltage pulse waveform on the measuring signal. On the basis of analyzing the traditional high voltage pulse generator,a new-type HV pulse generator with phase detection is introduced,so that the PEA space charge measurement system can fit the cable insulation test under AC voltage. This generator can form 5 kV steep pulse voltage signal of 50 ns,100 ns and 200 ns.
