摘要
提出了以低通滤波原理为控制策略的电池—超级电容器混合储能系统(HESS),利用滑动平均值原理,构建以年均成本最小的目标函数,以功率守恒、SOC等为约束条件的价值评估模型。运用粒子群优化算法进行了实例运算,与单一蓄电池储能作比较,验证了HESS混合储能在主动配电网中新能源侧的经济性和技术合理性。
The hybrid energy storage system( HESS) of the battery supercapacitor based on the control strategyof low pass filter theory is proposed in this paper. Sliding average principle is used to build up the value evaluation model by constructing the objective function of minimum annual cost and the constraint conditions,such as power conservation,SOC,etc. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted for example calculation. The comparison with single-battery energy storage has verified the economy and technical rationality of HESS hybrid energy storage on the side of the new energy in active distribution network.
