摘要
储能技术是主动配电网的重要组成部分。单一蓄电池储能技术已应用于配网用户侧,用以作为备用容量或减小电能投资。鉴于蓄电池储能成本过高的问题,基于分时电价与负荷曲线随时间变化规律提出了电池—超级电容器混合储能(HESS)容量优化配置模型。建立以全寿命周期为最小的目标函数,以满足供电可靠性,供电不间断性,平滑负荷波动和大功率冲击等为约束条件的价值评估模型。运用粒子群算法进行运算,与单一蓄电池储能作比较,验证了HESS混合储能在主动配电网中用户侧的经济性。
Energy storage technology is an important component of the active distribution network. Single battery energy storage technology has already been applied to distribution network user side,used as spare capacity or the investment of electric power reduction. In view of high cost of battery energy storage,the optimization configuration model for battery' s super capacitor hybrid energy storage( HESS) capacity is proposed based on time-sharing electricity price and load curve change law. The value evaluation model is built by constructing the minimum whole life cycle as the objective function in order to ensure the power supply reliability,power supply continuity,smooth load fluctuation and high power impulse. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted and comparison is made with single battery energy storage,which verifies the economy and technical rationality of HESS hybrid energy storage in the user side of active distribution network.
