摘要 城市电力隧道工程属影响国家安全和经济命脉运行效益以及有重要社会影响的重大工程设施。上海电力隧道周边各种建设活动频繁,如隧道近距离穿越施工,电力隧道周边深基坑开挖等,将会导致隧道接头张开,渗漏水,严重影响到隧道的结构安全和高压电缆的安全,以上海世博电力隧道为具体工程背景,介绍了电力隧道结构安全预警指标,电力隧道运营期结构安全监测系统开发及应用。该系统已推广到上海多条电力隧道保护工程中应用,对于确保电力隧道安全运营具有重要参考价值。 Urban power tunnel projects,the major infrastructures with significant social consequences,affect national security and economy. Various kinds of construction activities around Shanghai power tunnel will have great effects on the tunnel structure,such as adjacent tunnel crossing construction,deep excavation around power tunnel,etc.,with the consequence of tunnel joint disconnection or water leakage,seriously endangering tunnel structure and HV cables.Under the background of Shanghai World Expo power tunnel engineering,this paper introduces the structural safety early-warning index,and the development and application of structural safety monitoring system. The developed system has been applied in multiple power tunnel protection projects in Shanghai,having important reference value to guarantee operation safety of power tunnel.
