摘要
对风光发电的微网系统进行有效的储能容量配置方法的研究,提高分布式电源的最优配置,保证运营成本的最低需求,对风光电可调度性储能容量规划方法进行研究,提出微网储能单元与发电单元的能量管理模型,结合储能功率、发电功率与微网功率之间的关系,建立微网储能容量配置规划的目标函数与约束函数,以储能使用寿命的投资成本与发电成本作为目标函数,利用基于遗传算法的神经网络方法进行求解,实例验证表明该储能容量配置规划方法有效实现了微网能量的配置与电能的管理控制,提高了资源的利用率。
The effective energy storage capacity allocation methods are studied for microgrid with wind /PV power generation in order to improve the optimal configuration of the distributed power supply,and meet the minimum operating cost requirements. The planning method for schedulable storage capacity of wind /PV power generation is researched and the energy management model for microgrid energy storage unit and power generation unit is established. In combination with the relationship among energy storage power,generation output and microgrid power,the objective function and constraint function are built for microgrid storage capacity allocation planning. The investment cost for the energy storage service life and the power generation cost are taken as objective functions,and the method of neural network based on genetic algorithm are used for solving. Example shows that the energy storage capacity allocation planning method effectively implements the microgrid energy configuration and power energy management control,and improves the utilization of resources.
