摘要
针对目前智能变电站中全站电能质量在线监测装置实际应用能力不足的现状,分析瓶颈产生的原因,提出一种可行全站电能质量在线监测装置的实现方案,解决等间隔采样率下高次谐波精度不够,硬件平台性能不足的缺陷。现场试运行情况表明,该装置完全满足硬件性能要求,可接入至少16回路的电能质量数据,高次谐波精度符合谐波A级标志,具备可行性条件。
Aiming at the practical application of intelligent substation power quality on-line monitoring device,the causes were analyzed. An implemntation scheme was proposed to solve the defects of low precision of higher harmonic under interal sampling rate. The field operation on-site was introduced.
